Refund Policy.
Thanks for purchasing our services operated by Samantha and Barry Waldren.
Online Courses are non-refundable after you have clicked on and started the video.
No refunds will be made once the customer has received and finished the life coaching sessions/Indian Head Massage/ reflexology (hand and foot) treatment. The flower, crystal and aromatherapy oils workshop is non refundable once payment has been made. No refund is made after the client has finished a flower essence therapy online.
If anything is unclear or you have more questions feel free to contact me using the contact form on this site. I aim to respond within 48 hrs.
Cancellations must be made within 48 hrs of the appointment only, after which you will be charged the full non refundable amount. For non-attendees, the full amount will be charged and is non refundable.
Payments
For Reflexology sessions and Indian Head Massage payment must be made before the session through this website
For Spiritual Life Coaching/Personal fitness training coaching with Barry, you must have a cleared payment before the session begins.
For one-to-one women’s health life coaching with Samantha, a cleared payment must happen before the session begins.
Payment must be made before the Flower Essence session online.
All courses and Life Coaching sessions are to be paid upfront. No session, or service will be released until your funds have cleared. This is not to be difficult it is to stop those few individuals from receiving a service/product and not paying for it. Payment for courses must be made in full before the course or service is released to you· Preferred forms of payment are by Internet bank transfer. Debit and Credit cards accepted.
For One to One sessions and reflexology , Indian head massage, please call to book an appointment time suitable for you. Payment must be in advance of your appointment time. No shows will be charged the full amount and is non refundable. Late shows will end at the end of the original allotted time. Life happens, if you need to cancel please do so within 48 hrs otherwise you will be classed as a no show and charged the full amount.

Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren (The Therapist) is qualified in a variety of areas as laid out in the ‘Courses and Services, Links’ page, and is a member of the Complementary Medical Association. Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren are also fully insured.

Client information will be kept strictly private and confidential and in Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren’s possession. Your information will not be passed to a third party. In line with the current GDPR.
You understand and agree that it is your responsibility to inform Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren of any conditions or changes to your health, now and ongoing, which may affect/and or contraindicate you from doing a course., service or treatment.
You understand and agree that in doing the Virtual Gastric band course, you have a high BMI and are classed as obese by your doctors and health care professionals.
If Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren require further medical information from a practitioner, you must provide such details. ·
Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions. · You understand that these courses/services are not a substitute for medical advice and/or treatment.
Barry Waldren cannot be held liable in any way for undeclared or unknown medical conditions. You understand that these courses/services are not a substitute for medical advice/and/or treatment.
Barry Waldren and Samantha Waldren have the right to cease working with any person who they believe is unfit to do the courses/sessions with immediate effect. No refund will be issued if this is the case.
Barry and Samantha Waldren have the right to refuse to work with anyone without explanation at any given time.
Lateness
Lateness Policy · If the client is late for their therapy, the service cannot be extended and will end at the appointed time. · If Samantha Waldren/Barry Waldren is late additional time will be added to the session.
Data protection policy.
- We collect your name, location, and any details you provide us with to obtain a course/product/service. We keep your details safe and secure, backed up by antivirus software.
- We Regularly review protection against cyber attacks and malicious software
- We ensure that data processing activities, reviews, and decisions are fully documented.
- This Liability section applies only to the extent permitted by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren do not exclude or limit any liability for: (a) personal injury (b) fraudulent misrepresentation.
Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren do not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications, and descriptions of listed packages and services.
Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren will use reasonable effort to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicably possible after being notified of them
Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren shall not be liable for any loss or injury attributable to: · the Client’s fault · a third party unconnected with the provision of services provided by Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren; or events which Samantha Waldren or agents Barry Waldren could have foreseen or forestalled, even if they had taken reasonable care.
Samantha Waldren and Barry Waldren are not liable if you ignore their recommendation, at any time, to seek medical advice.
